As salam alykum ustaz,
Is it allowed in Islam for non Muslim e.g xtian to enter mosque without a genuine reason like having discussion with another person or charging phones.

This can be explained in two ways.
(1) Regarding the masjid ul Haram it is prohibited to allow them inside or outside of it. This is respective to their intention because of the sayings of Allah.
“O you who believe! Verily, the Mushrikûn (polytheists) are Najasun (impure). So let them not come near Al-Masjid Al-Harâm (at Makkah) after this year”
Al-Tawbah 9:28
(2) As for other masjid, we cannot allow them if they have no cogent business like whatever that can change them to become muslim or asking question concerning the deen.
Charging of phone, trade or other irrelevant matters are not excuse for them.
